If u forget your pattern lock and cant remember your signed in id, then do not hard reset, just follow the step
Method 1:-> [adb shell method](root only)
2. Then type
su
rm /data/system/device_policies.xml
rm /data/system/gesture.key
3. Then restart the device.
Now u can unlock ur device with any pattern and then in Settings u can change lock setting.
Method 2:-> [update.zip method] [for rooted and unrooted device],
1. Create and sign an update.Zip with the updater-script.
Download from here->DOWNLOAD
2. Put it in sd card and flash in recovery mode.
Now in unlock screen if u enter wrong sign in id 15 times , unlock pattern will not be shown again and u have to sign in with correct id to unlock. In this state u have to wipe data/reset
but if u want your contacts ,
msgs, application data etc then
a.) Connect your locked device
in pc and open shell
b.) type
su
rm /data/data/
com.android.providers.settings/
databases/settings.db
then just restart the device
Now your phone will get unlocked.
But your phone will misbehave like
lock screen will be totally gone,
calls will be rejected automatically,
but u can backup everything,
then u have to wipe data or
factory reset.
